The online meeting system allows attendees and exhibitors to view all other registered guests, sort by industry sector, name, title and company names. Based on user profiles, the system can also prompt attendees and exhibitors whom they should meet with, taking the work out of networking.
The online system then allows attendees and exhibitors to schedule meetings with their peers leading up to the event and allocate respective table numbers for confirmed meetings. All confirmed meetings can take place at the DealCenter Area at the event, monitored by DealCenter representatives or at any designated 'Alternate Locations' like a Meeting Suite or Exhibit Booth.
